Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering from our Website.
Ivory Pearl Interiors is the trading name of our company Perrymart Trading Ltd. When you place an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
These Terms and Conditions and your use of www.ivorypearlinteriors.com are governed by English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes. Our terms and conditions aren't intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable English Law. Your Statutory Rights as a consumer aren't affected.
This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. We do consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, but we give no warranty that placing an order with us from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations.
When you place an order with us, we will send you an order acknowledgement. The order will be accepted when we receive the full payment. Your card or account will be debited when you place your order. We can only accept orders that have been paid in full. If you would like to order any items from our Website for delivery outside the UK, please contact us before placing the order, so we can discuss whether we can deliver those goods to your non-UK address. Also be aware that you are responsible for any import duties or taxes. Your rights
You have the right to cancel your order, whether it has been dispatched or not. If your order has already been dispatched, you have 7 days to return your items. You will need to contact us so we can give you a RETURNS NUMBER. The returned items should be unused and in their original packaging. We will credit your debit card, credit card, or paypal account with the full amount of the items you cancelled or you returned to us within 7 working days. All shipping costs are strictly non-refundable and the customer will have to pay for all the return shipping costs. However, you can't cancel an order for the supply of any bespoke products, such as upholstered chairs in the fabric of your choice or any special finish in an item.
Our website and our products
We always try to have good photos of our products, and very accurate dimensions. Many of our items are hand-made, and therefore the colour, shade or dimensions may vary. If we have mis-priced a product in our website, we have no obligation to supply it to you at an incorrect lower price.
We will deliver your order to the address you specify. Please be aware that delivery can take up to 6 weeks, and up to 12 weeks for bulky items such as wardrobes and beds. Some small items may be collected from us. If you want to collect, contact us and let us know what items you're interested in. The Products will be at your risk of loss or damage from the time of delivery or collection.
Perrymart Trading Ltd cannot be held liable for any problems occurred after the goods have been delivered to other carriers specified by the customer for onward shipment.
If your items aren't in stock, we will contact you with an approximate delivery/collection date. Please be aware that this will only be an approximate date, as we can't control how long our suppliers will take to deliver to us.
