How much is delivery?

When you place your order via our website we calculate your delivery cost according to your purchase. Please note that these charges are only valid if you live in England, Scotland and Wales. Our delivery prices vary depending on the items you decide to buy. The delivery charge will automatically be displayed before check out to provide full price transparency, and aim to keep these as low as possible. If you require delivery to any other destination, please contact us and we will send you a shipping quote.

We ship regularly to the US and UAE, so don't hesitate to contact us for a quote.

Delivery charges for England, Scotland and Wales:
Total Value of Goods (in a single order and a single delivery)
Up to £44 = £6.81 + VAT
£45 - £60 = £11.06 + VAT
£61 - £90 = £15.32 + VAT
£91 - £100 = £17.87 + VAT
£101 - £150 = £22.13 + VAT
£151 - £300 = £28.93 + VAT
£301 - £500 = £37.45 + VAT
The delivery charge for all orders above £500 will be £48.51 + VAT as long as the delivery address is in Mainland UK.
The driver will need assistance with heavy and bulky items, such as wardrobes and beds. Please make sure somebody will be able to give him a good hand.
We will deliver your order to the address you specify. SOme small items can be collected from us. If you want to collect, please contact us. The Products will be at your risk of loss or damage from the time of delivery or collection.
Perrymart Trading Ltd cannot be held liable for any problems occurred after the goods have been delivered to other carriers specified by the customer for onward shipment.

Delivery time frame: 2 days up to 12 weeks

We aim to deliver our products as soon as we get your order, however, some of our items may not be in stock at the time of your order, and therefore delivery may take up to 12 weeks. When you place an order with us, we will contact you within 1 week to let you know about a delivery date, and if you're not happy, you can cancel your order.

I live in the US - Can you ship to the United States, and how much will it cost me?

We now ship to the USA and almost everywhere in the world. Your items will arrive approximately 10 days after despatch if they are sent by air, or between 1 and 2 months if they are sent by sea. Please contact us for a quote. Please remember you will have to pay the import tax in the US.

Upon taking delivery, I notice my item is damaged - What do I do?

This is extremely rare. We will of course aim to replace your item as quickly as possible and we will make strive to make this our number one priority. Please ensure that you check your items carefully at the time of delivery and inform us immediately of any defects. Under no circumstances should goods be returned to us without prior agreement.

What is your returns policy?

At Ivory Pearl Interiors we know our customers want a ‘personal service' and that's why our clients continue to buy from us again and again. With this in mind, please ask your questions beforehand and hopefully you should never have to return anything! But of course you are well within your rights to return any goods to us within 7 days of receipt. Please do refer to our Terms & Conditions page.
The Goods must be returned to us:
With both goods and all packaging in their original condition.
Securely wrapped to prevent damage.
At your risk and cost.
After we have received the Goods, we will credit your credit or debit card with the full purchase price of the goods returned no later than 7 days from the date of receipt. All shipping costs are strictly non-refundable and the customer will have to pay for all the return shipping costs. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
